Hi! My name is Annika E. Smith (pronounced like Veronica without the "Ver"). I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and am currently a junior at Virginia Commonwealth University pursuing a BFA in Theatre with a concentration in Stage Management. I found a love for theatre at a young age and was lucky enough to have it rekindled during high school.
I recently worked on VCUarts Theatre's production of for colored girls who have considered suicide/ when the rainbow is enuf directed by Dr. Tawnya Pettiford-Wates as the Assistant Stage Manager
I'm currently preparing for my role as Assistant Stage Manager for VCUarts Theatre's production of Rhinoceros directed by Dr. Jesse Njus
In the fall of 2025, I will be the Production Stage Manager for VCUarts Theatre's production of A Chorus Line directed by Nathaniel Shaw
